 What can I say about massage therapy. As someone who has been exercising regularly for more than 15 years I know first hand the importance of recovery. Whether you are a professional athlete or someone that works a Monday-Friday 9-5, massage therapy works wonders for your body. It helps with: relaxation, tightness, stiffness, stress, headaches, migraines, knots, soreness, and improves recovery time from workouts. It can also help break up scar tissue or when you are recovering from an injury. I also have experience working with disabled people.

My 12 week Lower Body Blast workout program will hit all aspect of your lower body and guarantee results. It has the exercises and exercise progressions that you need to take your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves to the next level.
